I put this website together to keep people from laziness. I noticed that most websites listed very little about a City's sports and hobbies so I took it upon myself to put all of them in one place to find easily. Sudbury At Play was born. That led to guilt that so many had little money that I created Poverty Help.
Poverty Help is a list of all the help available for the poor in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada
The goal is to help people but by keeping it all in one place to avoid delay.
I hope anyone who thinks the site could me improved writes to tell me. I would also like it if anyone sees false information they would let me know as well as let me know if contact information has changed.
If you'd like to add something to the site I will consider it. Remember that POVERTY HELP is meant to help the poor specifically.
If you'd like to add a complete text only list of ALL the help available in your city send me the link to your page. I don't want pictures or advertising on them because they are meant to print out for the homeless if needed and have to be compact.

I started Sudbury At Play to help the mentally disabled find things to keep them busy to improve their spirit. I was in a mental health facility and noticed the workers were doing whatever they wanted to say they were help. I thought they could do anything and decided to do the same. They seemed limited by the government so I thought they wasted my time. I wanted them to do more but the government won't give them more to do. I looked at Sudbury Leisure Guide and thought it was a good idea to help the mentally disabled. It's good for all and may lead to health or keep people from mental illness.
The site is designed to have everything in one place over searching people looking to find anything now days which is impossible. The phone book would work now days if the websites were listed in the listing but the links are separate and not welcome to make life difficult for you. I wanted my links listed on my site with the information.
The site took me 4 years to make and the website company took it off the air because it was a free site that sold out to another company. I decided not to keep the data as well and lost it. I did this because someone complained that I misrepresented their website and I could not fight stupidity because the government would support this person. I'm posting this again because I want to see if the government will be an issue. They offer one man out of all the rights to all. Will I be that man that is accepted or one of the rest that is not. Who would support a complainer bias? The government's courts.
